Staring out the window,
I feel like my life
Is stuck. Stuck in a
Cycle I can't control.
Doing this life thing,
I feel like I'm frozen
In time. No where to run
No where to hide.
Staring out the window,
I see the world moving,
Birds flying and cars driving.
Why can't I see my world
Thru someone else's eyes.
They say I'm pushing forward,
But I feel like I'm stuck,
Stuck in a time lapse.
Staring out the window,
Watching time go by,
Wanting to be that bird,
Flying away in the sky.
